To make a Satisfying Salad:

🥬 Pack on the veggies and Fruit- these will fill you up for less calories

🍗 Protein- these will keep you feeling satisfied longer

🥑Healthy fats- Give you flavor, mouthfeel and nutrients, and is satiating.
